HOW TO PREPARE TO TOMATO RASAM AT HOME :
INGREDIENTS:
TOMATO (1 kg.), onions (3 qty.), chilli powder (required), ginger paste, oil (required quantity), red dried chilli
PREPARATION PROCESS:
Take fresh and washed tomatos in a vessel with fresh and pure water and keep in the pressure cooker and place on the stove and on it. Allow the tomatos to boil in the water which makes the tomatos to get soupy and liquid. After getting tomatos boiled, take out the vessel with tomatos and liquid, take a separate bowl and keep on the stove. When the bowl gets heated, add required quantity of oil and allow the oil to get heated then add jeera, and green chilli and turmeric powder then place the boiled tomatos in the hot oil slowly one by one, otherwise oil will split outside and onto us. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes to make the tomatos cooked in the oil like curry. Then take hot water of tomatos and pour in the bowl of cooked tomatos. Then add a little quanity of ginger paste and mix thoroughly with spoon. Observe the boiling of tomato liquid or rasam and wait for at least for 25 minutes which makes complete mixing of tomatos in the liquid then add required quantity of salt and add it.
WOW ! TOMATO RASAM is ready and serve with rice or biryani rice. It will be very good to taste and children love it very much.
